Custom Design Services
Edera Jewelry offers a range of custom design services to best suit your needs. Ivy takes on a small number of orders each month, allowing her to provide a high level of personalized customer service, communication, and attention to detail. It is best to get in touch at least 3-6 months prior to your wedding, as the custom order slots can fill up quickly. Special Orders:
Ivy creates several small collections of limited edition designs each year. While these original designs can sell out quickly, most of the time a design that has sold can be recreated. If a piece you are interested in is no longer in stock in the online shop, please send an email with a link to the particular style or its style name to find out about availability and turn-around times. A selection of past and current designs can be viewed in the Portfolio section.Fees/Payment: No additional charge. Payment due in full to confirm order and payable through a reserved listing in my online shop.
Turn-around time: Typically 2-3 weeks once work has begun on your order. A firm deadline will be provided before a payment listing is created.

Customizations:
See a design that you love but need it in a different color scheme or different metal? Edera Jewelry offers complimentary customization on most designs. Simply send an email with a link to the style you are interested in, as well as images of the dress, accessories, wedding color palette, etc. that you would like it to match. Colors can also be match based on swatches. This service also covers changes to earring findings, i.e. changing from ear wires to posts.
This service provides:
- Complimentary email consultation regarding your color/metal/earring finding preferences
- Photos to preview of the actual supplies that will be used in your order
- Images of the completed design to preview before it is shipped
Fees/Payment: No additional charge, however there can be a variation in price due to differences in material costs. Payment due in full once order details and supplies have been approved, payable through a reserved listing in my online shop.

Couture Designs:
Couture in the true sense of the word--meaning custom made to your specifications. Allow Ivy to design the perfect jewelry for your wedding day or special occasion. For couture designs, please email with a bit of information regarding what you envision and your time frame. From there, we'll discuss more specific details, such as scale, colors, styles, and how the jewelry can best compliment your wedding gown, hairstyle, and accessories for the big day. A Portfolio of past designs for inspiration can be found here.This service provides:
- Initial email or phone consultation
- 2-3 sketches of proposed designs, with one revision
- Preview photos of the actual supplies to be used
- Images of the design in progress in case any minor changes need to be made at the mid-way point
- Images of the completed design to preview before purchasing
Fees/Payment: $50 custom design fee per design. 50% deposit due once order details have been confirmed, with the balance due upon completion, both payable through reserved listings in my online shop.
